2. AFAS:
– Management consulting services. Unlimited. After 11/01/2010 allowed to set up a branch.
– Production management consultancy services (excluding mining, oil, gas and related fields): invested in the forms of business cooperation contract or joint venture.
3. Vietnamese law: No investment conditions apply to foreign investors.
