Condition:
1. WTO, FTAs, AFAS: Unrestricted advertising services (except tobacco advertising), except:
a / Ownership of charter capital of foreign investors in economic organizations: unlimited;
b / Form of investment: joint venture, business cooperation contract;
c / Vietnamese partners participating in the investment must be permitted by competent state agencies to provide advertising services;
d / Other conditions: The advertisement of alcohol must comply with the provisions of Vietnamese law, which are applied on the basis of non-discrimination.
2. Vietnamese law: Unlimited advertising services (except tobacco advertising), except for investment in the form of joint venture or business cooperation contract.
